For example, tetrabutylammonium hydogensulfate shows excellent transparency down to 200 nm, even at high concentrations.
In addition, the reagents are tested for the absence of insoluble materials and non-absorbing impurities like redox traces, which may interfere with the sample.
A final check is performed with an application test, using a very rough gradient (see Figure A, B and C).
